Dynamic technology solutions company seeks adaptable attorney for an in‑house generalist position with a focus on litigation management. Responsible for representing the company in all pending and threatened disputes, especially intellectual property, employment, and commercial matters. Analyzes risks, manages trial budget, performs early case assessments, provides input on selection of outside counsel, oversees discovery efforts, coordinates efforts with overseas partners as necessary, and reports case status to company representatives. Focuses on risk management, compliance, and litigation prevention and readiness. Supports internal investigations and policy reviews. Helps develop and implement corporate policies, legal templates, and internal procedures and collaborates with in‑house partners to manage corporate risk. Develops creative approaches to managing legal risks and resolving disputes. Reviews, drafts, and negotiates a variety of contracts. Oversees review, drafting, and implementation of nondisclosure agreements. Successful candidates will possess a solid business orientation and a commitment to collaborating with internal clients to develop practical solutions to a variety of legal issues.

The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $141,336 to $201,909 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short‑term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
