Turner Construction Company located in Chicago seeks an experienced legal counsel to provide day-to-day guidance on contracts and construction law for assigned business units. You will assess risk, review owner contracts, and support bidding and negotiations.
The role requires a JD with a valid license and at least 5 years in construction law, strong communication, and the ability to travel. Proficiency with MS Office and legal case management systems is preferred; occasional site or client
