The Opportunity

We're seeking two talented Controllers to join our expanding organization. These newly created positions offer the chance to make a significant impact as a trusted financial advisor while leading accounting operations for a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an assigned accounting team
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and accounting operations
• Partner with internal stakeholders across departments
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support
• Serve as trusted financial advisor to senior management
• Lead external audit activities and maintain strong internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Manage accounting for complex and high-risk transactions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 7+ years accounting experience with controller-level expertise
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting capabilities
• Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
• A strategic mindset with the desire to roll up your sleeves as needed
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions is desirable
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Leadership experience a plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
