We are currently seeking a Corporate Controller for our Hospitality Division to be at the forefront of our dynamic growth in the hospitality sector. Your ability to manage financial strategy, streamline operations, and guide teams across multiple hospitality assets will be critical in supporting our success. What you’ll do

  1. Develop and oversee financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems specific to hospitality operations.
  2. Guide financial decisions across hotels, resorts, and marinas while ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
  3. Monitor property-level accounting and reporting accuracy, ensuring timely and complete monthly closing.
  4. Oversee revenue recognition, cost management, and financial forecasting for hospitality assets.
  5. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits across multiple locations and brands.
  6. Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and support operational budgeting processes.
  7. Prepare consolidated financial statements and performance reports across the hospitality portfolio.
  8. Collaborate with property managers, GMs, and senior leadership to drive financial performance.
  9. Support the evaluation of capital expenditures and ROI for hospitality renovations and developments.
  10. Train, lead, and develop property-level and corporate accounting teams.
  11. Ensure timely compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  12. Play a key role in hospitality system integrations and enhancements (PMS, POS, ERP).
  13. Identify opportunities for automation, improved reporting, and operational efficiency.

Ideally, you’ll bring along

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or multi-property management companies).
  2. Strong understanding of hospitality accounting principles (e.g., USALI, RevPAR, GOP, ADR).
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  4. Hands-on experience with financial statement preparation and analysis.
  5. Familiarity with hospitality management systems (e.g., Opera, Lightspeed, M3, Sage Intacct).
  6. Experience managing multi-entity or portfolio-level accounting functions.
  7. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.
  8. Experience with private equity-backed organizations is a plus.
  9. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills.
  10. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  11. A passion for hospitality and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
