Job summary

Job description

This role combines strong accounting fundamentals with deep NetSuite expertise (Someone who has done plenty of NetSuite Implementations).

We are seeking a Controller to lead its accounting function and serve as the company's primary financial operations and systems authority. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller owns the day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls across KCI's operating divisions.

Direct hire (not a contract), completitive salary, local to Charlotte (Harrisburg/Concord area) and a wonderful team of people to work with.

• Accounting depth: brings genuine technical accounting knowledge — not just system configuration skills — to every financial question.
• NetSuite fluency: operates at the administrator-to-implementer level, not just as a power user.

• Analytical: comfortable with variance analysis, cost drivers, and financial modeling; communicates financial findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
