Job Summary: The Corporate Controller is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of the Company’s accounting records, financial reporting processes, and internal controls. This role leads key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and analysis of operating results. The Controller also serves as a business partner to leadership by providing timely financial insight, explaining performance trends, and supporting informed operational and strategic decision-making.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer. The position requires frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and operating office equipment, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communication. The employee must be able to view and read information on computer screens and printed materials. Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting or carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds may be required.
This position is performed primarily in a professional office environment. The employee routinely works in a climate-controlled setting and uses standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, and other business technology. The work environment is generally quiet to moderate in noise level. Regular interaction with employees, customers, vendors, and visitors may be required.
