The Send It Foundation inspires positivity, courage, and connection for young adults facing cancer through the power of outdoor adventure and community. Each year, we host multi-day adventure programs including skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, backpacking, and mindfulness retreats. These experiences are designed to create space for connection, healing, and a renewed sense of self.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a relationship‑driven professional to lead and expand our Corporate and Community Partnerships, with a strong focus on event sponsorship, partner activation, and community‑based fundraising. Send It is in an exciting stage of growth and this role will directly shape how we scale our partnerships and impact.
The Corporate & Community Partnerships Manager will work closely with the Development Director and Executive Director to grow a network of partners who actively fuel Send It’s programs through sponsorship, engagement, and shared visibility.
This is a highly outward‑facing role focused on driving sponsorship revenue, activating partnerships at events, and building a strong community network that supports Send It’s mission.
This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and dependability, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to coordinate multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining strong momentum and follow‑through. They should be confident representing Send It in a positive, authentic, and professional manner across partner meetings, community events, and public‑facing opportunities. Strong relationship stewardship, clear communication, and the ability to adapt quickly are essential to success in this role.
At Send It, we lead with joy, connection, and authenticity. We believe in the healing power of nature and community, and in creating spaces where people can show up as they are.
We’re looking for someone who can build partnerships that feel genuine and mutually beneficial, and translate that into meaningful support for the young adults we serve.
The Send It Foundation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a team and community that reflects the diverse experiences of the young adults we serve. We believe that access, belonging, and representation matter — in the outdoors, in our programs, and in our workplace. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.
Please send your resume and a brief cover letter sharing what your experience brings to the position and why our mission resonates with you.
