Job summary

FIRY is seeking an exceptional Communications Co-op to join its inaugural Rotational Program in Las Vegas. You will train with the Head of Communications and work with the CEO’s office to craft precise narratives across memos, remarks, press materials, and briefs.

You will co-create executive content, build media-ready materials, and support award submissions while using AI tools to increase throughput. Six months onsite in Las Vegas, with potential NYC conversion.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing ability with clear, concise voice.
• Experience writing for executive audiences or press materials.
• Ability to adapt voice to different leaders and formats (memos, remarks, releases).
• Familiarity with research, fact-checking, and briefing materials.

Responsibilities

• Draft CEO memos, leadership updates, and briefing materials for review.
• Draft press releases and announcements; coordinate with Communications, Legal, Investor Relations, Product, and other partners.
• Build media lists and prepare executives for media engagement.
• Ghostwrite bylined articles and executive content in the leader's voice.
• Research opportunities, maintain awards calendar, draft nominations.
• Maintain executive bios, boilerplate, and corporate messaging house.
• Track earned coverage and apply insights to future releases.
