Capitol Services in Carson City, NV is seeking a Corporate Client Service Representative to join our team. You will handle orders for public record filings and document retrieval, working full-time from 8:30am to 5:30pm PST, Monday through Friday.

You will communicate with clients and colleagues, build transactions in our systems, and prepare proposals with fees and turnaround expectations. A strong background in corporate filings and reliable, detail-oriented work style are essential.
