Eurest is seeking a Catering Manager to lead operations at a busy Pfizer corporate dining location in Bothell, WA. You will oversee on-site events, drive creative culinary programs, and ensure flawless execution from order to invoice.

The role requires an A.S. degree or equivalent hospitality experience, at least two years of corporate catering leadership, and strong guest service. You’ll partner with culinary and F&B teams to deliver high-volume, high-quality catering for a prestigious client.

Qualifications

• AS degree or equivalent hospitality experience.
• At least two years of catering leadership in corporate dining or events.
• Strong hospitality knowledge and sustainability interest.
• Ability to serve a diverse, high-volume client base.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Professional email writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site catering events across a Pfizer campus.
• Manage event orders, scheduling, delivery, setup, and cleanup.
• Train and develop service staff; collaborate with the F&B team.
• Create tailored menus and culinary programs with the team.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with attention to detail.
• Analyze finances and ensure accurate invoicing for events.
• Oversee events from concept to completion.
