Intentional Hospitality Catering is hiring a reliable Delivery Driver & Server to load, deliver, and set up fresh food and equipment for corporate events in the Phoenix area. You will be the face of our brand on routes and at events, ensuring smooth service and client satisfaction.

This daytime, weekday role suits someone with restaurant or customer service experience, a clean driving record, and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Clean driving record (insurance qualification)
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule and last-minute changes
• Familiarity with downtown Phoenix and surrounding areas
• Basic vehicle know‑how (changing a tire) — commercial driving a plus
• Strong communicator who can multitask and stay cool under pressure

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, and set up fresh food and equipment for corporate catering events
• Keep the truck, loading area, and storage space clean and organized
• Handle quick vehicle inspections and fueling, and flag any issues right away
• Be the friendly face our clients see — professional, upbeat, solution-oriented
• Coordinate with on-site servers to keep everything running smoothly
• Occasionally stay on-site to help set up, serve, and break down events
