The Opportunity:
This position will assist the Purchasing Card Program, Travel Card Program and Virtual Card Lead, requiring strong collaboration with peers in a fast-paced, innovative and progressive environment.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the optimization of all corporate card programs (virtual, P-Card, Travel, and OCONUS).
Partner closely with major financial institutions (e.g., Bank of America, US Bank) and technology vendors (e.g., Databasics) to manage day-to-day operations and swiftly address any issues that arise.
Cultivate seamless interdepartmental collaboration, particularly with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, program management, and diverse cardholder groups.
Conduct thorough reviews and audits of all virtual card transactions utilizing the Infor system, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
Oversee the reconciliation process of P-Card and virtual card expenses, ensuring accurate and timely statement payments.
Mentor and coach corporate card team members and cardholders, offering expert guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Lead projects to improve card program efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and resolve complex challenges related to corporate card usage and program implementation.
Ensure compliance is being adhered to for all CACI policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 5+ years of related work experience.
Experience in corporate card management or related financial role.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in process improvement and project management.
Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in corporate card management.
Experience with Excel.
Desired:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$50,400 - $105,800
