Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced lateral associate to join its Corporate: Capital Markets group in New York, NY. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in a corporate group with a significant capital markets practice.

This role is not open to current law students. The successful candidate will advise on equity and debt offerings, IPOs, and hybrid transactions, while developing strategies for complex securities offerings across industries and regions.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a corporate group with a focus on capital markets.
• Proven ability to handle complex securities offerings.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on equity and debt offerings, IPOs, and hybrid transactions.
• Develop strategies for complex securities offerings across various industries and regions.
• Counsel clients on corporate governance and disclosure matters, including ESG-related issues.
• Assist in novel capital markets transactions, such as sustainability and green bond offerings.
