Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple projects.
• Admission to the bar in the state of application.

Responsibilities

• Handle '33 and '34 Act matters.
• Manage capital markets transactions, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.
• Oversee high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings.
• Conduct private placement offerings.
• Advise on corporate governance and SEC reporting matters.
• Address exchange listing matters.
