Our client, a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a dynamic corporate practice, is seeking a mid-level corporate associate with over three years of experience advising public companies or investment banks for their Capital Markets and Public Companies group. This role is available in their Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. The ideal candidate will have experience with SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters, as well as representing issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings. A background or interest in technology and life sciences companies is preferred. Superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills are required, with a preference for candidates admitted to the CA bar.
