Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license for the state of practice.
• 3–8 years of corporate law experience.
• Proficiency with practice management systems and portals.
• Superior research skills using online services and databases.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
