Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: Take point and assist on Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures and Corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters: structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
• Advise clients on Compliance: Stay up to date with Federal and State Corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
