Job summary

Frontier AI Lab in the United States seeks an accomplished Corporate Attorney for a remote contracting role. You will review and draft transactional documents, advise on corporate governance, and help train AI models with real-world legal input.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from an accredited US law school, is licensed in at least one US jurisdiction, and has 3–10+ years in corporate law, including M&A, securities, and private financings. In-house and clerkship experience are valued.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3–10+ years of substantive corporate law experience (M&A, securities, governance, etc.).
• Experience drafting and negotiating core transactional documents (purchase agreements, financing documents, governance instruments).
• US-based practitioner with corporate transactional expertise.
• In-house or general counsel experience at a US company.

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate corporate documents for AI model training.
• Draft corporate scenarios, deal hypotheticals, and memos on M&A, governance, securities.
• Evaluate AI-generated corporate content for accuracy against US corporate law.
• Contribute to guidelines and quality standards for corporate legal data used in AI training.
• Flag ambiguity and drafting issues with clear rationale.
• Translate complex corporate legal principles into structured formats for model training.
