Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join an AM Law 100 firm in Nashville, Tennessee, focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a range of M&A matters, including oversight of due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing closings as well as post-closing work.

Strong knowledge of general corporate law is required, along with experience in joint ventures and commercial contracts. Experience at an Am Law 100 firm is preferred.

Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted or eligible for admission to practice in Tennessee. The role requires strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to client service.
