Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to the Illinois Bar, or eligibility for admission.
• Relevant experience in corporate law, ideally at a leading law firm or sophisticated transactional practice.
• Experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, or other complex corporate transactions.
• Familiarity with transaction structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, and managing transaction execution.
