A leading international law firm is growing its New York Corporate team. Focused on the innovation economy you will work with founders, venture-backed businesses and investment funds across financing rounds, M&A and growth equity transactions.

The Day to Day

Your practice will include a mix of:

• Advising early-stage entrepreneurs and high-growth companies
• Acting for companies and venture funds on financing rounds
• Handling M&A involving venture-backed businesses
• Advising investors on growth equity transactions
• Working directly with CEOs, boards and venture fund GPs

Who We Are Looking For

Applications are invited from 4th-6th year Corporate Associates in the national, international or BigLaw ernvironment. Associates will be motivated to build out their ECVC know how, which is anticipated will form part of their current general Corporate caseload, and become laser focused on the emerging companies market.
