• Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.

We work regularly with regional, national, and global private equity firms advising them in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and fund formation. We also assist and advise portfolio companies, management teams, co-investors, and other participants in all aspects of private equity transactions.
