Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Boston seeks junior and mid-level associates to join its Corporate group. The ideal candidates will have experience with start-ups, emerging growth companies, seed and venture capital financings, growth and private equity, and mergers & acquisitions.

They will counsel early-stage entrepreneurs, represent portfolios in financing rounds, and engage with growth funds while maintaining frequent client interaction at the highest professional level.

Qualifications

• JD from 2021-2023.
• Previous large law firm experience preferred.
• Admitted to the State Bar of Massachusetts or eligible for waiver.
• Eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds.
• Experience in venture capital financings, growth and/or private equity, M&A transactions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
