Corporate Associate - Commercial Finance

Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a highly-qualified junior to mid-level Associate to join the Commercial Finance Group. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience working on sophisticated commercial loan transactions. Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills and experience are a must. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers - inside and outside the firm - are essential.
