The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience working on sophisticated commercial loan transactions, with excellent academic credentials and strong drafting, organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal abilities and the capacity to collaborate with lawyers and non-lawyers inside and outside the firm are essential.

Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience, education, and skills of the applicant, including book of business for more experienced roles, and other job-related factors.

The range for associates physically located in Chicago is $190,000 to $280,000 per year.
