Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate transactional experience.
• Strong M&A, private equity or investor-side transaction experience.
• Excellent drafting, writing, communication, and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in private company M&A transactions (acquisitions, sales, divestitures, JVs).
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other transaction documents.
• Advise on corporate governance, ownership structures, and private offerings.
• Manage diligence and coordinate transaction workstreams to move deals toward closing.
• Work across industries with sponsor-backed and privately held clients.
