The Newark, New Jersey and New York, New York offices of FBT Gibbons are seeking a Corporate Associate for its Business Combinations and Capital Transactions Practice Group.

Compensation

The salary ranges for this role reflects a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

New Jersey: $205,000-$220,000

New York: $220,000-$235,000

Associates are also eligible for:

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level


• Annual subjective bonus
