The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience handling a variety of capital markets transactions, public company reporting, and SEC compliance matters. Candidates should have experience representing issuers in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, working with the SEC and other regulators, advising public companies on disclosure and corporate governance matters, and preparing Exchange Act filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements.
Experience with public and private company M&A transactions is a strong plus. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong business judgment, the ability to manage client relationships effectively, and the maturity to work on sophisticated corporate matters.
The salary range for this position in Washington, D.C. is $260,000–$365,000/year, depending on qualifications and experience.
