Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Tysons, VA seeks a mid-level to senior Corporate Associate for its Corporate and Transactional Practice. The role focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture investments, and debt transactions across SaaS, aerospace, and defense sectors.

You will represent PE funds and lenders, lead deals, and draft key contracts while mentoring junior lawyers. Minimum 3 years, 5+ preferred; Virginia Bar waiver or admission required; hybrid schedule with two in-office days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of corporate or transactional experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and/or lending.
• Admission or qualification for waiver to the Virginia Bar.
