Compensation: $230,000-350,000 base; total comp $380,000-475,000 at 1,900 billable hours

Our client, a full-service business law firm of roughly 120 attorneys with offices across Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Orange County, is looking for a Corporate Associate to represent middle-market clients and capital providers on a range of business transactions.

The Role
