You will draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, manage transaction workstreams, and interact with clients on domestic and international deals across industries.

You will collaborate with specialists across tax, real estate, and employee benefits, and participate in due diligence, closing preparations, and post-closing obligations in a high-volume practice.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to become admitted promptly.
• 2–4 years of M&A, private equity, and general corporate experience at a law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to accept significant responsibility.
