Qualifications

  • Experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager required.
  • Fluency in property management reporting and resident relations expected.
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Here’s a Snapshot Of Your Impact

  • Support Onsite Teams: Be the go-to for regional support - rent collections, evictions, marketing, occupancy goals, you name it.
  • Tackle Projects: From rolling out training plans to special corporate initiatives, you will be our go-to project guru.
  • Crunch Numbers & Share Insights: Generate reports and provide insights to help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Train & Onboard: Help new team members hit the ground running.
  • Travel: Jet-set around the nation to visit properties, support teams, and make sure we are firing on all cylinders.

What You Bring To The Table

  • You’ve been there, done that: You’ve worked onsite as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager.
  • You speak fluent Property Management: Reporting, delinquency, marketing, resident relations, and occupancy strategy. That’s your comfort zone.
  • You know how to use systems and applications, especially if it's Entrata or Excel.
  • You are a people-person with a purpose: Clear communicator, problem solver, with a team-first mindset.
  • You get stuff DONE: Organized, proactive, and unafraid of shifting priorities.

Bonus points if you have experience in project coordination or corporate support roles.
