Job summary

Social Capital Resources seeks a permanent Corporate Actions Associate in New York. You will process voluntary and mandatory events, fixed income, class actions, bankruptcies, proxies and physical securities, ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.

The role requires at least 5 years in corporate actions with 3 years in voluntary reorganizations, plus experience with Cost Basis Reporting (CBSR) and Tax Lots, and familiarity with DTC corporate actions processing and broker-dealer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Reorg / Corporate Actions with at least 3 years in Voluntary Reorg.
• Experience with Cost Basis Reporting, CBSR and Tax Lots.
• Experience with DTC Corp Actions processing functions and broker dealer operations.
