Job summary

Raymond James seeks a Corporate Action Associate to manage and process complex corporate action events for domestic and international securities. The role involves responding to inquiries, processing transactions, and reconciling client and firm positions in a hybrid setting with in-office days in Southfield, MI or Memphis, TN.

You will build knowledge of regulatory codes, maintain documents, and support client relationships to ensure accurate execution of processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance; HS required.
• 7–12 months general work experience in relevant roles.
• Hybrid work style with three in-office days per week in Southfield, MI or Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain documents and records using Microsoft tools.
• Follow established processes and adjust settings to meet standards.
• Prepare routine letters, memoranda and reports per instructions.
• Create, organize and maintain files for a senior colleague.
• Support internal client relationships and collaboration.
• Assess compliance with standards and protocols for inquiries.
• Support data management tasks and related activities.
• Develop knowledge of policies and regulatory codes relevant to the work.
• Participate in training and coaching to improve skills.
