Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable/Finance team leader in Mason, OH to manage vendor relations, ensure accurate reporting, and drive process improvements. Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating payment runs, and enforcing internal controls.

The role requires 2+ years in AP/Finance, proficiency in MS Office, and leadership experience, with a preference for SAP knowledge and a Bachelor’s degree. Full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience leading a team in an office environment.

• Knowledge of SOX, audit controls, and financial systems.

Responsibilities include cross-training partners to ensure workflows are not disrupted; maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures, recommending changes as needed; preparing and verifying the accuracy of reports; maintaining open lines of communication; resolving banking, A/P and other issues from the field and/or strategic vendors; evaluating, recommending and implementing methods of cash management; assisting with integration of accounts payable of acquired companies; tracking non-conformance; identifying and communicating any trends; executing payment runs; and leadership management duties in coaching and mentoring partners, managing and leveraging resources, writing and conducting performance reviews, assisting direct reports with career development and assisting with recruiting talent.

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
