Job summary

Elevate Textiles, a leading global manufacturer of fabric and thread solutions, is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager based at its Charlotte, NC headquarters.

You will oversee day-to-day corporate accounting, lead the team through month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role combines hands-on accounting with leadership of the Corporate Accounting team and interaction with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate accounting team through month-end close and reconciliations.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
• Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance close efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff for high performance.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership input to Controller and senior leadership.
