Job summary

Elevate Textiles, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead the day-to-day corporate accounting function and serve as a hands-on contributor for month-end close, reconciliations, and policy development.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (2+ in management), and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JDE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review journal entries and audit requests; coordinate with external auditors.
• Improve close efficiency and cross-functional collaboration for process improvements.
• Mentor, develop, and manage the Corporate Accounting team; support strategic projects.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and system changes.
