Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager in Dallas to oversee the day-to-day corporate accounting operations and a team of accountants. You will manage monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting for corporate cost centers and balance sheet accounts.

The role requires 5-7 years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel, with ERP experience (Yardi, NetSuite).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
• Experience supervising accounting staff.
• Proficiency in Yardi, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day corporate accounting operations, including monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Lead, train, and develop a team with 1-3 direct reports.
• Review and approve entries, reconciliations, and schedules for cost centers and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare or review monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
• Oversee corporate AP processes including invoicing, approvals, and payments.
• Coordinate with payroll, HR, and other departments for accurate recording of expenses.
• Support lender reporting, audit preparation, and tax compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
