Qualifications

• Experience with GAAP research and FASB codification.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support SEC filings (10-Q, 8-K, 10-K) and external reports.
• Lead end-to-end accounting tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury and others to understand initiatives.
• Assess internal controls and drive process improvements.
