Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting processes for various financial and operational areas
• Ensure subledger data aligns with general ledger records
• Collaborate with teams to validate and improve financial transaction accuracy
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff to support professional growth
• Prepare and review journal entries for accuracy and completeness
• Review account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly
• Compare actuals to forecast and explain significant differences
• Review financial forecasts and assist with updates as needed
• Perform internal control tasks and maintain required documentation
• Support both internal and external audit activities
• Oversee task completion and user access in the reconciliation system
• Prepare materials for monthly financial performance review meetings
• Maintain account structures and segment data for accuracy
• Help implement new systems or tools for accounting processes
• Identify and lead accounting process improvement initiatives
• Support other projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting and inventory experience
• Prior experience managing a team

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $90,000–$105,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
