Key Accountabilities
Close & Consolidation
  • Coordinate the monthly global consolidation process, including reviewing regional portfolios, resolving posting issues, re-running consolidations, and managing close timing across all regions.
  • Work closely with the Global Consolidations team on consolidation mapping, reporting timelines, and resolution of cross-entity issues.
  • Support the rollout and ongoing use of SAP Group Reporting for consolidation, partnering with the Global Consolidations team and the Rubix SAP S/4HANA implementation program on data mapping, testing, and adoption.
  • Own GL mapping governance, including revenue account mapping and income statement structure decisions.
  • Review monthly consolidated management reporting, including exceptional items and balance sheet/CEBITDA variances, preparing final materials for the Corporate Controller's review and sign-off prior to distribution.
  • Maintain exceptional item schedules and approval documentation for review by the Exceptional Committee (CFO, Corporate Controller, and FP&A leadership), and support enterprise project tracking.
  • Perform monthly quality review of sensitive corporate close reporting areas and serve as peer reviewer for the team prior to submission.

  • Manage corporate close for McLarens' corporate legal entities, serving as the primary coordination point on intercompany loan documentation, invoicing, and related cross-functional issues.
  • Own IT allocation policy methodology and rollout communication.

It's a strong opportunity to broaden global accounting and controllership experience within a growing, PE-backed organization.

This role is based in the Atlanta, GA area, with some flexibility for hybrid work.
