Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; graduation Dec 2026–Summer 2027 preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with financial and non-financial audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• CPA or CMA certification (or progress toward certification) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability and willingness to learn new accounting systems and technologies
• May require occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts within financial systems
• Prepare and post journal entries and system-generated transactions
• Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with close timelines
• Analyze financial variances and provide insights to management
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist with interim and year-end audit work papers
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Help maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting procedures
• Partner with business partners on accounting guidance and analyses
• Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis
