What You’ll Do:

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting processes for both the domestic and international businesses.
• Perform the general ledger closing process to ensure the timely reporting of accurate financial information.
• Prepare and record journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform variance analyses.
• Prepare account reconciliations.
• Identify issues as they arise to facilitate the monthly close process, as well as performing analytical reviews and variance analyses to ensure accuracy and completeness of month end reporting.
• Complete monthly and year-end management and audit schedules.
• Identify and resolve financial issues and communicating such issues to the Assistant Controller on a timely basis.
• Provide information for financial, statutory, retirement plan, and bank audits.
• Assist finance and non-finance departments with accounting and reporting issues and other ad hoc requests and participate in finance related projects and initiatives as they arise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an accounting-related field
