Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
  • Collaborate with teammates and support apprentices or junior technicians.

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Preferred Skills

Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, VAV systems).

Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication or ductwork installation.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Full‑time position; overtime or on‑call shifts may be required during peak seasons.

Work performed indoors, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions.

PPE and safety training provided.
