Job summary

UPS is seeking a driven engineer for the Engineering Development Program (EDP) in the United States. This four‑month training path leads into an IE Supervisor role, focusing on project execution, process improvement, and operations excellence within UPS.

You will gain hands-on experience, classroom learning, and mentorship while preparing to lead teams, implement large-scale implementations, and advance UPS operations.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Engineering Development Program (EDP) at UPS is a structured, four-month training program designed for highly qualified Industrial Engineers. The program offers an immersive, hands‑on experience with classroom learning and real-world applications in the heart of UPS Operations. In addition, participants will benefit from self‑paced computer‑based training and structured mentorship, offering a robust professional network. This position leads the planning and execution of large project implementations and training initiatives.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible to transition into an Industrial Engineering (IE) Supervisor role, where they will apply their training to lead teams, drive process improvements, and support operational excellence.
