Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a desire to apply data-driven insights to support business decision-making. This role involves working with large datasets, developing predictive models, and collaborating with business partners to drive strategic initiatives. The Data Scientist will work in a dynamic environment, leveraging advanced analytics to enhance customer experience and optimize business outcomes.


Required Skills:
  • 0-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and database querying.
  • Ability to process and analyze data using general-purpose programming languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience applying data science techniques to improve business performance.
  • PhD in a quantitative discipline.
  • Proficiency in data processing libraries and tools.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting, optimization, and machine learning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with best practices in version control and cloud-based data storage.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey insights effectively.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $46.55-$66.50
