Salary: $65,500 - $68,000 Annually

The Staten Island South Shore YMCA is seeking a Program Director to support the Carter Center Cornerstone program at 230 Broad Street. Reporting to the Senior Director of Youth & Family, the Program Director will oversee the development, administration, supervision, and evaluation of the DYCD Cornerstone Program. The role focuses on maintaining program quality and securing additional funding to expand services to meet community needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field required.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience supervising community-based youth programs and developing new initiatives.
  • Knowledge of youth program development, supervision, contract management, and grant writing.
