Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. seeks an Occupational Health Specialist to join our Digital EHS&S Team as an Implementation Specialist Consultant, focusing on Cority EHS software.

You will gather health-related business requirements, configure and test systems, and support deployment and go-live across client sites.

Travel up to 10% to client sites may be required; you will advise on best practices and work closely with clients and deployment teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years configuring EHS&S software with focus on Occupational Health
• 3+ years with Cority EHS software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, IT, or related field or equivalent
• Experience with medical surveillance, exposure monitoring, incident/illness management, and related health data management

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through the lifecycle of EHS&S software configuration and deployment with focus on Occupational Health
• Define and confirm client requirements and support configuration teams
• Advise on best practices for system design and configuration and drive go-live readiness
