Description:

DAY SHIFT CANDIDATES ONLY
12-hour rotating shifts - 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off
Day shift - 7am-7:30pm

***MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT - 5 days/week for the first 4-6 weeks***

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences preferred. Basic Lab experience with a Bachelor's degree or Intermediate Lab experience within a cGMP clinical production environment. High School Diploma required. Lab experience preferred. 1-3 Years Experience.

Job Summary:

The Environmental Monitoring (EM) Core Technician will conduct EM tasks supporting production and aseptic processing of clinical grade products. Responsibilities include maintaining, stocking, and setting up the clean room environment.

Job Duties:

• Participate in Environmental Monitoring processes as part of GMP production of viral therapies.
• Perform cell culture and product purification using aseptic techniques when required.
• Coordinate EM equipment needs with QC EM team for manufacturing processes.
• Draft, complete, and revise manufacturing documents including Batch Records and EM forms.
• Prepare buffers and components, including operation of steam autoclave.
• Operate manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment in support of routine clinical production.
• Operate environmental monitoring equipment such as Solairs, ApexZ50, active counters.
