Job summary

Jack Henry in Lenexa, KS invites you to lead automation projects to streamline onboarding for our Credit Union Hosted environment (EASE). You will build automated processes for clients moving to EASE and coordinate with internal teams.

This role requires managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and troubleshooting issues while identifying improvements. A willingness to work remotely within a 70-mile radius and participate in onsite onboarding when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of IT or software experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-month onboarding projects.
• Ability to communicate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to six onboarding projects concurrently.
• Each project is six months long with one client going live each month.
• Ensure all project deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and communicate between clients and other Jack Henry departments working on the assigned projects.
• Manage all automation for the first few weeks of the client's onboarding.
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues in a timely manner.
• Identify departmental process improvements.
• Improve process documentation.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

In this role you will lead automation project to streamline processing for Jack Henry's Credit Union Hosted environment (EASE). A primary focus will be building all necessary automated processes for clients moving to EASE.

This position offers remote flexibility within a 70-mile radius of any of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you’ll be responsible for:
